Hayloft Point, Central London
About the project
Hayloft Point is Unite Students' new flagship student accommodation development, situated in Aldgate, Central London. The £190 million development covers 29,000 square metres and incorporates 920 students rooms.
Throughout the development, we produced 1000+ photographs, 20+ videos, & achieved 1000ft drone flights - a real testimony to what Clevershot can achieve in such a challenging location for 20 months.
Once construction was complete we worked closely with Unite Students to produce videos showcasing their landmark development through talking head interviews and more high-quality video content of the finished build.
Unite Students commissioned us to produce documentary videos to showcase their landmark development.
These videos were published on their corporate website, social media channels, and formed part of wider opening announcements.
Over the course of the 20 months, we provided RG Group with a regularly updated photography gallery.
We provided 20+ videos delivered to Stakeholders within hours of our visit to site.
We pushed beyond the standard CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) permissions, to produce visual perspectives of the site and London that previously could only be achieved by manned aircraft.
Our bespoke CAA-approved OSC (Operating Safety Case) enables us to extend the boundaries, increasing the effectiveness of our operations to deliver unparalleled content, to provide you with a competitive edge.
At the end of the project we were able to compile content from all of our visits to produce a cinematic journey to allow RG Group to reflect on their fantastic achievements.
