For IQ, Cullen House, we collaborated with architects HCD and Manalo & White, transforming their CAD drawings and Revit files into highly detailed, photorealistic Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) to bring the development to life.

This project highlights our CGI at its finest, enhancing decision-making throughout the process and delivering compelling marketing assets. IQ Student Accommodation was able to showcase their rooms internationally well before the project’s completion, providing prospective tenants with an immersive preview of the space. Few marketing tools are as powerful as the ability to offer a view into the future.
