Clevershot and COVID-19

Our event projects have taken a break, with the Great Yorkshire Show and other events being cancelled. However, we have adapted our work practices in line with government guidelines, enabling us to continue with our existing and new projects.

Covid-19 Press Photography

With some of our photographers based in North Yorkshire, we’ve been supplying press photography to show the transformation of Harrogate Convention Centre into an NHS Nightingale Hospital. We’ve also captured other important events such as the RAF Chinook Helicopter landing on the Stray, and general community spirit during these difficult times. 

We particularly enjoyed working alongside the emergency services, helping them to spread their important message.

Virtual Tours

With social distancing restrictions in the UK, there is an increased demand for being able to visit locations on a virtual platform. Our interactive 360° virtual tours enable people to visit these spaces from the safety of their homes. We have transformed Express Bi-Folding Doors' impressive Leeds, Redhill and Romford showrooms into virtual tours, available on their website.

Express say: “We believe visiting a showroom is essential when investing significant money into your own home.”

Visiting a showroom is not always possible, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, so our virtual tours are the perfect solution.

Local Schools

Clevershot is working with local schools to produce much needed video content. Students transitioning into year 7 or year 12 this September have missed their opportunity to attend an induction day at their new school. Therefore it has been necessary to find an alternative.

Clevershot is producing multiple engaging videos for local schools, providing new students with the important information they require.

Food Photography

One of the major impacts of Covid-19 has been the need for food outlets to transition their businesses to provide take away services. Clevershot is helping some of these businesses by providing them with photography that sells their products.

The New Normal

Finally, Clevershot is working with local governments to capture what is being implemented as the new normal. This includes social distancing measures being implemented throughout the country to keep people safe.
